Agency Participation Agreement – Hardship Program
Access the Participation Agreement to review the required Scope of Services and register as an Authorized Screening Agency for the 2008-2009 Hardship Program Year. Agencies who would like to provide Hardship Program intake services must complete the annual online form. The deadline for completing the Authorized Screening Agency Participation Agreement is September 5, 2008.
Training Registration – Hardship Program
Register for one of Dollar Energy Fund’s Hardship Program Training Sessions. Training sessions for the 2008-2009 Hardship Program year will take place in September 2008.
