If there is a Hardship Program training in your local area, you should register your intake workers to attend the local training. We have set up 6 trainings which will be done through webinars to accommodate those agencies where a local training has not been set up.

Since participation in the webinars is limited to 15, each agency site should register as 1 participant and all Intake Workers should view the webinar together. Your agency site must have a computer with internet access to log into the web portion of the training and a speaker phone to call into the web conference. Once you have registered your site for a webinar, you will receive the web address and phone # that will be necessary to participate.
